Step 1
Access Campaign Requests
Navigate to publisher campaign approval requests in the dashboard.
- Go to Campaigns → Pending Requests
- View: Publisher Name, Requested Campaign, Date Requested
- See publisher's traffic source alongside each request
Step 2
Evaluate Publisher-Campaign Fit
Assess whether the publisher's traffic aligns with campaign requirements.
- Traffic Quality: Match publisher's traffic type with campaign needs
- GEO Alignment: Ensure publisher traffic matches campaign GEO targets
- Historical Performance: Review past performance on similar campaigns
Step 3
Set Payout Rates
Determine appropriate payout rates based on traffic quality and campaign budget.
- Tiered Payouts: Higher rates for premium traffic
- Performance-Based: Adjust rates based on conversion quality
- Volume Bonuses: Offer increased rates for higher volumes
- Campaign Budget: Stay within campaign CPA/CPL targets

Step 4
Approve or Decline Requests
Make decisions and communicate them to publishers.
- Approve: Good fit, assign tracking links/creatives
- Approve with Conditions: Lower payout, specific traffic requirements
- Decline: Poor fit, explain alternative campaigns
- Request More Info: Need clarification on traffic details

Provide Campaign Materials
Share necessary materials with approved publishers.
- Send tracking links with unique IDs

Monitor Initial Performance
