Step 1
Access Publisher Dashboard
Navigate to the main publisher management interface to view all active accounts.
- Go to Publishers → Active Publishers
- View list sorted by join Date
- Use search/filter: by name, email or country.

- Profile Updates: Name, email, contact info changes

Step 4
Account Status Management
Monitor and update publisher account statuses as needed.
- Active: Normal operating status
- On Hold: Temporary suspension for review
- Suspended: Policy violations or fraud detected
- Terminated: Permanent account closure
Documentation: Always document reasons for status changes.

Communication & Support
Provide timely support and maintain positive publisher relationships.
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
- Use standardized templates for common issues
- Escalate complex problems to technical team
- Schedule check-ins with high-value publishers
