Application Review Guidelines
Systematic approach to evaluating publisher applications, verifying authenticity, and making informed approval decisions.
Step 1
Access Pending Applications
Navigate to the pending applications section to review new publisher submissions.
- Go to Publishers → All Publishers
- Applications are sorted by submission date (newest first)
- Each application shows: Name, Email, Traffic Source, Submission Time, etc.
Step 2
Evaluate Basic Information
Check the completeness and authenticity of provided personal/business details.
- Name Verification: Ensure legal/business name is provided (not nicknames)
- Email Check: Verify professional email (business emails preferred over personal)
- Contact Details: Confirm Telegram/Microsoft Teams contact is valid
- Country/Location: Note geographical location for compliance
Step 3
Analyze Traffic Sources
Assess the quality and sustainability of the publisher's traffic methods.
- Primary Traffic: Social Media, Search, Native, Email, Push, etc.
- Quality Indicators: Organic vs paid, GEO targeting, audience demographics
- Red Flags: Vague descriptions like 'various sources' or 'mixed traffic'
Best Practice: Request specific examples or screenshots if traffic source description is unclear.
Step 4
Check for Duplicates & History
Verify this isn't a duplicate application or previously banned publisher.
- Search by email in existing publishers database
- Review any previous application history
- Verify against blacklisted emails/domains
Step 5
Make Approval Decision
Based on evaluation, make an informed decision and take appropriate action.
- Approve: Clear information, legitimate traffic, no red flags
- Request More Info: Incomplete details or unclear traffic sources
- Reject: Fake information, prohibited traffic, or policy violations
Decision Timeframe: Try to review applications within 24-48 hours of submission.
Step 6
Post-Decision Actions
Complete necessary follow-up actions after making your decision.
- If Approved: System sends verification email automatically
- If More Info Needed: Send specific questions via email
- If Rejected: Provide clear reason (e.g., 'insufficient traffic details')
- Update internal notes for future reference
