Publisher Onboarding Process
Step-by-step guide to onboard new publishers to our affiliate network. Learn how to invite, approve, and activate publisher accounts.
Access Publisher Dashboard
Log in to the admin dashboard and navigate to the Publishers section to begin the onboarding process.
- Enter your employee credentials to access the admin panel.
- Click on "Publishers" in the main navigation menu.
- You'll see a list of all existing publishers and pending applications.
Get Invitation Link
Get your unique invitation link to share with potential publishers.
- Look for the Copy Invite Link button in the top right corner.
- Click to copy your unique registration link.
Share Invitation
Send the invitation link to prospective publishers via email, messaging apps, or your preferred communication channel.
- Share the link directly with your potential publishers, so they can register.
- Include a brief introduction about our network.
- Mention the benefits of joining (high-paying offers, reliable payments, good support).
Publisher Registration Process
Guide the publisher through the registration steps (they will complete these on their end):
- Step 1: Publisher clicks your invitation link and fills in their legal/business name, email, and creates a password.
- Step 2: They provide contact details (Telegram/Microsoft Teams) and describe their traffic sources.
- Step 3: They submit the application for review.
Review & Approve Application
Once the publisher submits their application, review it in your dashboard and make an approval decision.
- Go back to the Publishers section in your dashboard.
- Look for the new application under Pending Approvals.
- Review their provided information and traffic sources.
- Click "Approve" if everything looks good, or else leave it as it is.
Publisher Account Activation
After approval, the publisher will receive an email and complete the final verification.
- System automatically sends an approval email to the publisher.
- Publisher clicks Verify & Login in the email.
- They are redirected to verify their account and automatically logged into their dashboard.
- They are now ready to start working!
Post-Onboarding Support
Assist new publishers with their initial setup and answer any questions.
- Send a welcome message with next steps.
- Guide them to Join Campaigns to start promoting offers.
- Show them how to access View Reports for performance tracking.
- Offer help with Postback Integration if they use tracking software.
